Find something in a drop
New pieces are posted on Facebook with photos and available sizes. Note the item name exactly as it appears in the post — that's what goes on the form.
Fill out the pre-order form
Name, contact details, up to three items with sizes and quantities, and whether you want it shipped or picked up. Takes about two minutes.
Get your invoice
A Square invoice arrives by email within 24 hours. It'll include shipping if you chose that option. Pay it online with any card. Check your sizes before you pay — paying confirms the order, and it can't be cancelled after that.
Your order gets placed
Once your invoice is paid, your pieces are ordered. This is the step that takes the longest, and it's out of our hands — we're waiting on the supplier just like you are.
It arrives and goes out
When your order lands, we ship it or message you to arrange pickup, usually within a day or two.
How long it takes
Most orders arrive 4 to 8 weeks after the invoice is paid. That's a real wait, and we'd rather say so plainly than surprise you halfway through it. Some pieces run faster, and occasionally a supplier delay pushes things past eight weeks.
If your order is running behind, you'll hear from us before you have to ask.
If you're ordering for a birthday, holiday, or photo session, put the date in the notes on the form. With an eight-week outside window, we'd rather tell you up front that something won't make it than have you find out in week seven.
Why we do it this way
We're a small shop without a warehouse. Ordering pieces after you've reserved them means nothing sits unsold, we can offer a wider range of sizes than we could ever keep in stock, and prices stay lower than they'd be if we were carrying inventory.
The tradeoff is the wait. Pre-ordering asks a little patience from you, and in exchange you get the exact size you need instead of whatever happened to be left.
